Ironhill Educators Cancellation Policy

For our New Clients

Effective January 2017, Ironhill Educators has a cancellation policy of 24 hours. Clients must give a minimum of 24-hours notice for a cancellation prior to their session time. Clients who make the same day cancellation will be required to pay their full session fee—unless the cancellation is due to weather or illness. Thank you for your help in this matter!

If sessions start late or run over, a pro rata amount will be charged in 15 minutes increments.
